Good info, I watched a presentation on CFL's in my class the other day. They seem to save a lot of money. Hope all is well - Ryan

I had a toilet that was leaking every few hours for just a few seconds at a time, I assumed it was the flapper but it looked to be in good enough shape. I'm going to try that dye in the tank method now.

As far as the CFLs go, we've been using them for 6 years or so in every fixture and we almost never replace them. Not sure how our usage differs from your own but I'd definitely say that they outlast incandescents many times over, making them even more of a money saver.

I assume that you've listed easy tips here that feature things that you sell... I hope so, because I'll be by soon for some rigid pipe insulators for my hot water lines.
